If you are executing a will to look after your affairs when you die it is just as important to execute Powers of Attorney or Advance Health Directive to look after your affairs when you’re alive but incapable of making decisions. Our fixed fee quotes are as follows:
Powers of Attorney
$475 incl. GST each (or $355 incl. GST each with a Will) presuming there’s no issues of capacity or family conflict.
Registration of Powers of Attorney
$195 + GST + filing fee of $248.04 with a conveyance (or $295 + GST otherwise)
Advance Health Directives
$475 incl. GST each (or $355 incl. GST each with a Will) presuming there’s no issues of capacity.
