If you are executing a will to look after your affairs when you die it is just as important to execute a Power of Attorney or Advance Health Directive to look after your affairs when you’re alive but incapable of making decisions. Our fixed fee quotes are as follows:
Powers of Attorney
$475 incl. GST each (or $355 incl. GST each with a Will) presuming there’s no issues of capacity or family conflict.
Registration of Power of Attorney
$195 + GST + filing fee of $231.98 with a conveyance (or $295 + GST otherwise)
Advance Health Directives
$475 incl. GST each (or $355 incl. GST each with a Will) presuming there’s no issues of capacity.
